Creating an account on LLM Zhongzhuan (llmzhongzhuan.com) or using the API means you accept these terms.

Services

We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a single hosted language model. The service is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee.

Your account

You are responsible for your API key and all its usage. If the key is leaked, regenerate it.

Acceptable use

You must be an adult. Do not use it for any illegal purpose in your jurisdiction, do not generate child pornography, do not harass others, and do not attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used in these ways.

Billing

Usage is billed per token, deducted from prepaid credit, at prices listed on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after registration. Prepaid credit never expires.

Refunds

Credit is non-refundable. Credit is a prepaid balance for using the API. Once payment is added to your account, it is final and non-refundable.

Credit never expires, so your purchased credit is not lost. Prepaid credit remains in your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or next year.

The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and we cannot restore it, we will refund the unused credit to the wallet address you provide in writing, using the same stablecoin you paid with.

Errors are always corrected. If you paid but credit did not appear, or a top-up was charged twice, send us the transaction details via the Support and we will fix it. This is not a refund request and has no time limit.

Free trial credit is for trying the API. It is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and expires 7 days after registration.

If you reside in the EU, EEA, or UK and purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Independence

LLM Zhongzhuan is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appearing on this site are used solely to describe compatibility or for comparison, and belong to their respective owners.

We may update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
